How do you activate your target groups on social media during a major event? Accompanied by "the Show reporter" and in record time, Serviceplan and Gonzales succeeded in producing an impressive amount of entertaining video content for the Facebook pages of FCA (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth) as part of the Motor Show and the extension of Show conditions in February.
The team took the Brussels Expo by storm, interviewed Motor Show visitors and made specific videos for each make, tailored to the characteristics of the four target groups. The short reports were filmed and edited at a rapid pace so that they could be posted online on a daily basis during the Motor Show. The result was a high rate of commitment and a real boost for the four Facebook pages of FCA.
