BAM creates a new Expert Hub: FAM (for Female Association of Marketing) aims to help each other, using all forms of coaching, and to pool our networks to create a new one, capable of making women’s skills more visible in order to allow us to break through the well-known “glass ceiling” together, whatever our position and whatever our generation.

With this hub, we want to facilitate the implementation of new ideas in partnership with all players in the sector: advertisers, communication and media agencies, consulting firms, digital platforms, recruitment agencies, schools, governmental organisations, etc.
We are looking for new ideas to develop our expertise and skills, inspire marketing students and support young women just starting out on their careers, as well as to benefit from the experience of women who have a certain seniority in our sector and of those who have retired (or are about to).
We want this hub to become the key reference point for all women’s marketing issues.
