The year 2023 started off great for Serviceplan. In January, their House of Communication in Brussels was awarded with the “Great Place to Work” certification.
Great Place to Work® makes it easy for companies to survey employees, uncover actionable insights and get recognised for their great company culture. Their mission is to build a better world by helping organisations become Great Places to Work For All.
Last December, Serviceplan invited their employees, contractors, trainees and long-term freelancers to answer an anonymous digital survey of 60 questions regarding their workplace experience. 70% of all answers needed a score of 4 or 5 out of 5. With a participation rate of 78%, they easily reached the minimum of participants required for the ranking to be valid.
When the results were revealed in January, Serviceplan learnt that they scored an impressive 87% on being a Great Place to Work.
The agency scores highest on intimacy, justice and camaraderie. Those categories measure people’s enjoyment of their colleagues, the promotion of inclusive behaviours by the management and the employee’s sense of enjoyment and freedom to express themselves in the workplace environment.
