In April 2022, Shell, in partnership with Serviceplan, launched its new loyalty programme: Shell GO+. The aim of this programme is to attract customers and position Shell as the ideal partner on the road. Shell GO+ offers several benefits via the Shell application. Customers can earn points for discounts on petrol, receive vouchers for Shell partners and much more.
For this spring, the Shell GO+ loyalty programme has been revamped by Serviceplan. The campaign uses onomatopoeia to attract consumers' attention. Serviceplan again provided the online and offline POS material for all Shell stations (staffed and unstaffed) in Belgium and Luxembourg. They also created a digital instruction guide for all service station staff.
Shell GO+'s goal for 2023 is to more than double the number of registrations. The main objective of this campaign is to grow the Shell GO+ customer base.
